Sri Kiran Patibandla

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sri Patibandla brings over 17 years of technology management and execution experience in strategizing and delivering enterprise applications for customers.

As CEO of TechDemocracy, Sri has overseen the company growth of over 40% year over year for the last decade. Sri is responsible for Growth strategy, execution and overall operations to enhance and support TechDemocracy’s growth. Sri’s area of expertise includes enterprise IT applications and needs, corporate strategy, corporate management, technology services delivery, innovation, business operations and governance.

Before the inception of TechDemocracy, Sri worked with Agilent technologies to streamline their infrastructure and IT operations to support enterprise applications. Prior to that Sri worked with CapGemini’s consulting group providing leadership and delivery of enterprise software for large enterprises. Sri earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University.

Krishnan Balasubramanian

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Krishnan Balasubramanian Chief Financial Officer With over 27 years of experience in leadership positions in the finance domain, Krishnan Balan is serving as a board member and Chief Financial Officer of TechDemocracy since 2005.

Mr. Balan is responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company and development of a financial and operational strategies. Before that Mr. Balasubramanian has also served in various organizations as CFO such as: Melstar Information Technologies Ltd, Melstar Inc., He also worked as Manager Finance at Damac, Dubai. He holds Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and Chartered Accountancy from India.

Sushil Madhukar

SENIOR DIRECTOR - GLOBAL CYBER RISK SECURITY & GOVERNANCE

Sushil brings over years of diverse experience in a different role of Cyber Security. He leads global business enablement and Partnership empowerment program in his current role at TechDemocracy.

His experience also includes manage services Delivery, Security Program management, leading strategic business initiatives, Building and managing the client relationship and helping executive leadership in key decisions such as prioritization, funding, business enhancement and Service catalogue offerings.

He is an ambitious cybersecurity professional and leader who creates strategic alliances and strategy with organization stakeholders and leadership to effectively align with and support key Cyber Security initiatives and engagements. His strong leadership skills with the ability to provide vision and direction in any of complex, fast-paced and diverse organization are unique for business.
